It had a sour after taste. For the big $$$ Total Wine was asking for this, my expectations were high. The bourbon flavor was not a smack you in the face flavor. I expect I will dump most of this out. Had the beer been acceptable maybe my only issue would have been the crumbling wax on the bottle. I currently have a list of bourbon barrel aged stouts I really enjoy. This one will NOT be on that list.
