A refreshing American Pale Ale brewed not only to quench your thirst, but satisfy your taste buds! Pungent, floral and citrus overtones are accompanied by a solid yet balanced malt bill. This beer is fermented with a carefully selected west coast ale yeast that accentuates the aromas from our late & dry hop additions and gives the beer a nice clean finish.

Glass of draft Prybil Pale Ale at a restaurant with dinner in March 2025. This beer is a solid ale that follows the WC IPA taste, with a little less alcohol (5.6%) than is "traditional". There is enough malt body to balance the hops. The flavor showcases the hops, and has a bigger bitter component than the brewery description: I like it!
