Appearance - Pours cloudy light yellow with a decent carbonated head that settles to a thin film. No lacing.
Aroma - Lime, Light basil, wheat, tart lemon. Mostly tart slightly grassy hop nose.
Taste - taste is really light and refreshing, the nose was pretty harsh I was expecting the taste to be as well. Light lime, the dry hopping come out much less in the taste than in the nose taste is really light and refreshing with a quick dry finish.
Feel - Light bodied well carbonated refreshing and still very dry on the finish.
Overall - Really like how they pulled this off, the Motueka hop was well showcased with the dry hopping in this sour wheat ale.
