This Pilsner is brewed to celebrate our local Volunteer Fire Fighters, the Battalion 5! This crisp Pilsner pours a hazy yellow and has a dry body for an easy drinking experience. Generously hopped with Czech Saaz & Hallertau Blanc hops that provide this beer with a nice aroma. Absolutely refreshing, thirst quenching that's full of flavor.

-yellow tap pour with a substantial haze ( for a Pils). The thin, foam cap is quite fine.
The aroma is light, hay and sweet malt.
The flavor is largely of woody hops with earthy notes.
The finish is slightly dry., pleasant.

Pours a slightly hazy light yellow with a small, well retained white head that left little lacing. Smells and tastes herbal, grassy, floral, mild citrus notes, mild lemongrass and some grapes. Finishes very dry, light bodied, and well carbonated.
