A pleasantly tart and refreshing single hopped wheat beer with kohatu, peaches and lactose milk sugar. The subtle essence of tropical hops pairs perfectly with the acidity from the lactobacillus. Get ready to pucker UP!

Appearance - Pours murky yellow with a nice white head that quickly dissipates to a thin white ring. No lacing.
Aroma - Peaches come out nicely, really tart puckering nose, lactose is evident as well. Smells almost like a peach sweet tart with very little sweetness.
Taste - Wow really tart peach, mango, little lemon coming out. Sweetness is very mild but does balance the tartness a little. Really tastes like overly ripe peach juice with a little sugar.
Feel - Surprised me with this one creamy full feel, nice prickly carbonation. Did not expect it to be this creamy.
Overall - Really well done, love the flavors, I was afraid being a wheat ale it might be a little watered down but really nice.
