Continuing this series with a light and fluffy session IPA single hopped with Mosaic, brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Black Sheep Ale House in Mineola. This beer is an absolute crusher at only 4.6% ABV but packed with hop flavor and aroma from the Mosaic added in the whirlpool & dry hop. Now fermented with a Vermont yeast strain for added aroma and flavor!

Pours a hazed out light orange, quick 0.5" head that settles out to a solid cap that sticks around, minimal lacing. Nose is light fresh mango, a slight amount of muskiness, but overall, not any huge hits. Taste essentially follows - watered down fruit juice, mild lingering bitterness. Mouthfeel is moderate to full with soft carbonation. I find session hazies to be difficult to pull off without sacrificing a great amount of flavor, and this one fits that bill. That said, it does do a solid job of maintaining a full, soft mouthfeel, so points for that.
