Mixed Fermentation Gose Style sour ale brewed with coriander, pink Himalayan sea salt and butterfly pea flower from Thailand. This beer pours indigo/purple with notes of sour and sweet grape jolly rancher. Slightly salty, acidic and completely refreshing. Dry hopped with Galaxy hops.
