A single-hopped New England style IPA series. Brewed with a hazy and fluffy malt bill single hopped with Simcoe! This beer is brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Black Sheep Ale House in Mineola. An absolute hop bomb packed with flavor and aroma from the Simcoe added in the whirlpool, hop back, and dry hop.

Golden tap pour with a foggy lens and 1 cm foam cap. The aroma is of citrus and a bit of hay. The flavor includes grapefruit and melon with moderate hop bitterness. This is a full-flavored offering.
