WunderKING is a bold tropical double dry hopped double ipa fermented with a reclassified wild yeast. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit are complimented with a hint of pine from the Citra & Mosaic hops added both in the whirlpool & dry hop. This beer is a royal version of our original Wunderkind IPA, hence the name, this beer reigns supreme in the kingdom of hoppy double IPA's!

Semi-hazy golden yellow body; beautiful slow rising carbonation; thick and fluffy white head. Sweet, dank, and resinous smell; a suggestion of honey. Fruit-like sweetness to the taste counter-balanced with a nice hop bitterness; orange and pineapple; cloves; pine resin; nicely tamed alcohol notes lurking in the background. Medium-heavy body; a bit coarse on the palate; semi-sweet and semi-dry; a bit sticky.
This is a well-crafted and very tasty double IPA, doing the west coast style justice. The finishing pour brought a bunch of sediment, so consider this one unfiltered...

-cloudy yellow-orange can pour with a cap of fluff and a strong hope nose. The flavors are oranges and some pine with moderate hop bitterness. The finish is a bit prickly and there a little alcohol heat. This is very good.
