GlenCover (perhaps pronounced
“Glen Cove-r” after the home city of the brewery) is a dry Irish stout that pours jet black from the tap and hosts a wispy, tan foam cap. The aroma is light with toasted malt. The flavor is as expected for the style, toasted malt and bitter chocolate are prominent. The body is thin. It would be easy to enjoy many.
