Reddish brown colour, cloudy. White foam, made up of medium-sized bubbles, high, not persistent. Melts to a thin ring, leaves no traces on the glass.
Aroma of hops (fruity), raspberry, also with notes of other red fruits and yoghurt accents.
Taste moderately acidic, fruity, yoghurt-like.
Medium saturation downwards. Texture almost smooth. Aftertaste moderately long, sour.
