This is a sour DIPA that doesn’t fit the available styles very well.
The frothy can pour is pale yellow and cloudy.
Lemon and Brett funk dominate the aroma.
The flavor carries hay and some grassy notes in addition to strong lemon and Brett-like influences. There is significant tartness. The hops convey some wine-like aspects.
The brew is full-bodied and flavorful.
