Served on tap into a 10 oz (296 ml) goblet at Coals Grilled Pizza.
A: Pours a hazy, dark golden color (read bronze) with a one finger off-white head, little more than a rim retention, and soapy lacing.
S: Aromas of caramel and molasses, honeysuckle, and the lightest grapefruit.
T: Semisweet. Elements of aroma predominate. Light bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with light to medium carbonation. Smooth and somewhat creamy.
O: A drinkable AIIPA.

Tap @Coals on 12/27.
A:Nice hazy grapefruit colour.
S:Aromas NOT strong but subtle. Earthy one.
T:Quite weak fruitfulness as well as hop notes
M: Smooth and slightly creamy.
O: Medium body. Easy to drink.
Not bad IPA at all. Quite well balanced enjoyable notes. But missing something.
