Had the Galaxy version at the 99 bottles craft beer fest in Norwalk on Saturday. Nice turbidity, golden color, frothy head.
Sweet hoppiness on the nose, bit of citrus. Flavor wise this hits the right notes. Good malt sweetness upfront, big galaxy hop wallop in the middle. Sweet citrus and pineapple. Good resiny and dank finish with a creamy body. I definitely would look these guys up if you're in Stamford. Worth a try!
