What do I think? I think that this strong lager is better than (most of) the other strong lagers that I’ve had before. Why?
Because despite the 8%, it doesn’t feel boozy at all. And it doesn’t have an aftertaste or anything foul. All that you’re getting is that it is a decent, round lager, rounded up a bit more to the level that the malts start tasting sweet and you know that the ABV lingers on somewhere but you don’t feel it at all. You could even chug it if you wanted to.
Many times I hear people dissing Russian beer for being inferior but I liked all of them except the Baltikas. And this one is pretty good too, all Ochakovos are great! Have one more in the fridge...

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
