330 ml fancy bottle purchased for $4.95 CDN. Listed as 5.8% ABV.
Appearance - initially very clear pale golden color until the sediment gets poured in which cerastes some haze. Middling visible carbonation and a small half finger if white head that leaves soapy residue.
Smell - funky, tart, hints of rhubarb and lemon. Can't pick up much else other than it is a complex heavily Brett influenced aroma.
Taste - light, funky and tart, lemon and rhubarb show with a slight peppery earthy horse blanket type flavor. Hard to describe but pretty yummy.
Mouthfeel - dry finish, well carbonated, light bodied. Just right with the flavor pairing.
Overall - a nice rendition of this new and always changing style. A bit pricy but for Brett and sour lovers this should hit the mark.

Bottle: Poured a clear pale yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light fruity Brett notes with some cereal notes is enjoyable enough. Taste is a mix of residual sugar notes with some cereal, light wheat with some fruity Brett notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Enjoyable but lacking some complexity.
