This beer pours a brilliant amber hue with golden highlights. It is topped with a fleeting head that leaves little lacing.
Green apple. Great sourness. It about took my breath away on a particularly deep inhale. Funky. Slight musty basement. Hints of red wine vinegar.
Sour and vinous right off the bat. The sourness lingers throughout the taste. I get some funk and dank basement notes in the aftertaste. Green apple rides through the middle of the sour ride.
Medium to light bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel
Nice sour. I would prefer a bit drier mouthfeel. The flavor and aroma was pretty nice.
