Served in a snifter
This beer pours a purplish hue and is topped with a fleeting pinkish head that leaves spotty lacing.
It has a wonderfully sour smell. I get blueberries along with some vinous notes. Hints of funk.
Mouth puckeringly sour flavor. The blueberries are there but outweighed by the sourness. Some vinous notes. Real sour. I like it!
Thin bodied with a dry mouthfeel
Very good sour beer. Definitely glad I bought it.

Sampled this one but in fairness was an elderly batch so not much collar at pour. Sunset amber red pour offers unremarkable nose of sour berry. Decent enough body here of berries with tart finish. Sense this one best to enjoy in the brewery. When is THE question now in Ontario….

very good sour. tart to sour with good backing. blueberry juice. at beertown burlington.
