330 mL Bottle. ABV 6.5%.
Appearance: Orange/Purple, Half a finger of very light purple head, Decent retention (especially for a sour), Visible sediment settles at the bottom.
Aroma: Brett funk, Red wine, Sweaty, Slight berry jam.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, Soft-Moderate carbonation, Slight pucker.
Flavour: Brett funk, Blueberry/Blackberry jam, Red wine, Slightly sweaty, Reminds me of green olives on the finish.
Overall: You can definitely get all of the components but whether they meld or not is a different matter. It was somewhat enjoyable but I doubt I would seek it out in the future.
