Draft: Poured a clear amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention. Aroma of fruity Brett notes with some herbal boreal notes is quite unique. Taste is also a mix of fruity Brett notes with some herbal boreal notes with light caramel malt notes also noticeable. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice level of complexity and uniqueness with the inclusion of the boreal herbs.
