We’re looking at temps as high as the mid 60’s this week and the weather will be perfect for our newest batch of Rainy Daze! This hazy IPA was dry hopped with Strata, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops leaving us with a beer with a cloudy light yellow body and crowned with a sudsy white head. Tropical aromas of papaya and guava , intertwined beautifully with notes of berries, gracefully delight the nose. The first sips inundate your palate with flavors of grapefruit, sweet citrus fruit, and resinous pine as a mellow bitter finish sends you into a heavenly state of elation. This is one good beer.

On tap at Dark Sky Brewing in Flagstaff, AZ.
This one pours a hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like mango, grapefruit, lemon, and pine.
This is a pretty standard little hazy IPA, but it’s tasty just the same. It’s got a pleasant little bitterness to it, with a solid juiciness.
This is light bodied, clean and pretty crisp, with a great drinkability to it.
This is essentially the same as most decent IPAs these days, but it’s well made and I’m happy I ordered it.
