Our Foeder fermented and Lagered Baltic Porter is back. Aroma of bakers chocolate, caramel, biscuit, and slight wood. Flavor is crisp and refreshing, with light dark fruit notes, cocoa, and black coffee.

Opaque black color with ruby highlights and a modest tan head.
The aroma is biscuits, caramel and dark chocolate.
The taste is raisins and plums slightly sweet up front, then caramel and biscuits with dark chocolate and coffee bitterness in the finish. The body is medium, moderate carbonation, crisp but fairly smooth and vety drinkable.
Altogether, this is a fairly tasty and refreshing brew, goes well with hearty food and cool weather.
