On-tap at Sidetrack Brewing Company, Albuquerque, NM
A: The beer is crystal clear yellowish amber in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that left a patch of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of fruity yeast and biscuit malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of biscuit and cracker malts along with notes of fruity yeast and hops. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems rather malty for its low alcohol content, but it doesn't feel that heavy because there are lots of fruity flavors of hops and yeast to help balance things out.
