Eyes: Thick hazy melted caramel body with slow rising bubbles. Thick khaki meringue head that’s slow to dissipate. World map lacing.
Nose: Melted caramel, earthy grains, toasted bread.
Taste Buds: Tangy up front meaning caramel malt sweetness blending with dry, tea leaf tang from hops. Tangy finish.
Throat: Medium and smooth.
All Senses: Perhaps too tangy, but ultimately toasty, caramelly, and to style.
