This is a sour DIPA.
A: cloudy (unfiltered); pale gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a thick collar; very little lacing;
S: green olives and lemon;
T: tart lemon; a touch of green olive up front; moderate bitterness on the finish;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; very nice dry finish that makes you want to come back for another sip;
O: very interesting;
