Nestled in a warehouse district, the Laughing Monk brewhouse makes the most of the surroundings. No frills, no pretension, picnic tables and weekend food trucks, plenty of board games, and maybe a DJ or dance party. Family friendly. Dogs welcome, too.

Located in a very industrial part of the city, plain old concrete warehouses, all around, including this brewery. Bare bones atmosphere, polished concrete floor with basic, laminated wood tables and a high ceiling. Good and friendly service.

Nice place! On the smaller side for a brewery, but they have a nice selection and good quality brews here. Chill vibe and good customer service. Glad I finally got a chance to visit!

This review is for the brewery on Egbert Street in the bayview. LM has some swanky taprooms with food that are far better places to hang. That said, we were in the neighborhood and, since I pick up our wholesale orders for Hopulent here I decided to stop in as a regular customer.
We enjoyed some good beer on tap and grabbed some cans to go.

Nice selection. Took a beer flight. Something for everyone but still stay true to Belgium styles.
Packaged snacks. Heard there was food trucks. Need it with this type of beer. Pina Loca-tasty sour. Third Circle Triple-8.7% not usual sweet yeasty taste.
