On tap @ TWB - Poured an unfiltered turbid reddish-orange with a 1 finger cap....Aromas are complex- berries, citrus, herbal hopping, light milk sweetness and bready malts....up front this hits the palate like fruit cake with cream rich long finish goes herbaceous and fruity-lactose with enough bittering to keep the sweetness in tow...complex, and satisfying....milkshake is an apt metaphor t describe it....I thought this was another kitchen sink brew but it just works....nothing really out of balance.... not sweet, deeply flavorful...round silken mouth feel....great specialty brew
