a white IPA made with wheat....Can from the brewery - pours a hazed pale yellow with a 2 finger meringue cap.....demure aromas of herbal grassiness, coriander, some floral tones and light fruity esters....light on the palate, moderate body, dry wheaty character...flavor has dusty wheat malts in front then hop bittering floods in to balance on the back of the palate, coriander and citrus peels mix in with the hop bittering....finish is dry and lightly bitter with a citrus kiss at the end....a very nice wheat beer that bridges the gap between a witbier and an IPA...great summer sipper
