Named for the 7th Co-operative Principle—Concern for Community...Crafted with care at TWB, this American Brown Ale is rich, smooth, & balanced. You’ll find notes of caramel & roasted nuts up front, followed by a subtle hop bitterness that keeps things crisp & drinkable. It’s a nod to tradition with a modern twist, the perfect choice for beer lovers seeking a robust yet easy-drinking ale. It’s a beer made for sharing— Brewed for community, best enjoyed together.

growler fresh from the brewery - pours a clear deep cola colored ale in the glass where you can see ruby highlights if held to a strong light....puffy 2 finger off-white cap that lasts and laces the glass....aroma is demure but you get roasty-toasty malts, some toffee sweetness and roast hazel nut.....has a robust character with up front malt, but thins out in the finish....flavor has a nice chew of roast malt in front with side notes of caramel and nuts, then this gets washed away as the brew finishes quickly going thin and dry with just a slight hint of celery (DMS?)...too bad, I really wanted to like this beer because brown ale is a favorite of mine, but the thin finish and celery taste spoiled it for me.....this is a top fight craft brewer who has rarely produced a disappointing beer. I guess even the best make mistakes from time to time.
