Pours a deep clear amber with a 2 finger of-white cap....rounded soft mouthful....flavor was disappointing - wonderful toasty bready lightly caramelized malts, then this disruptive DMS like celery flavor pervades the palate....dry finish with that annoying celery vegital note at the end....Marzen is my favorite drink, and I really wanted to like this brew, it had all the signs of being a great Marzen, but again, that DMS like taste destroyed it.....this is the second brew I've got from this brewer (which has been consistently quality until late) with this celery taste....I hope they get their degraded hops or worth boiling process tweaked to rid them of this veggy taste
