In the glass, the colour is opaque black, but when poured, it is clear that the colour is very dark, rotten, green, so green. The foam is similar, "rotten" greenish, huge, slowly reducing in size, intensely sticking to the glass.
The aroma is floral, lots of flowers, probably all those that were added during the brewing process, and whose aroma (a mixture of aromas) gives the impression that there are also blueberries and other dark forest fruits. Intriguing. But is that enough?
The taste is slightly sour with a counterpoint of "vegetable" bitterness. And still those flowers.
Medium saturation. Medium body. Moderately smooth texture. Sour aftertaste with a dry finish, medium length.
