Served on tap at Brewery Creek. I'll put in a plug for their food and atmosphere--definitely a good place to go
Poured dark as night--to be expected. About an inch of head on the glass that stuck around with plenty of lacing.
Smelled toasty and "dark". Plenty of smoke.
Tasted quite good. Very smooth to drink, went well with my food. Tasted toasty and smokey, with a fantastic aftertaste. Plenty of coffee flavor, which I love in my stout.
Overall very good. Enjoyed the beer and the restaurant only helped!

Had a pint at the brewery on Memorial Day Weekend 2009. It was listed simply as "Stout".
A-Dark, opaque color.
S- A burnt or smoky aroma.
T- the first sip was full of a coffe flavor with a bit of a smoky flavor. After that, the smoky flavor far overpowered the cofe flavor.
M- average carbonation.
D- definitely a sipping beer, not something I would drink more than maybe two of.
