Brewery Techne "Sah Dude"
on tap @ the brewery / Bar Hygge on 3 June 2017
$4 / 10 oz.
Notes: Hazy golden-amber body beneath a short head of white that drops shortly but leaves some nice lacing. Aroma is fruity with an earthy and floral character over sweetish malt. The flavor follows with some additional spiciness, herb, and woodiness. As it warms juniper berries become more apparent. A very low bitterness leaves it a bit sweetish but it dries sufficiently in the end due to the herb and spice. Light-medium in body and smooth across the palate with just a gentle caress of carbonation. Overall a touch sweet and lacking in tartness for the style but still refreshing and interesting.

Hazed orange-amber color with a finger of creamy-looking white head that leaves decent lacing.
Big Belgian yeast aroma with a hint of tea-like malt.
Sweet aroma. Big Belgiany flavors again. Candied sugar. A ghost of tea-like malt. Maybe a hint of salt?
Medium bodied with strong carbonation.
Very sweet overall. Not too bad.
