Notes: Slightly hazy straw gold body beneath a short white head. Limited head retention and lacing. Fruit, citrus peel, and mineral in the nose. The flavor follows with some grassy, grainy, and wheaty malt, and salt. It's not particularly tart but there is some acidity to it. Medium-light in body and gently carbonated. More authentic than many gosebiers on the market.
