Bright and refreshing, Tart Blanche: Red Globe is brewed with 1,500 pounds of local peaches sourced from Clemson, SC then soured with a lactobacillus culture to a puckering 3.2 pH. Our take on the traditional Berliner Weisse is crisp, bursting with true peach flavor, subtle acidity, and a clean and refreshing finish.

On-tap at The Garden Cafe, York, SC

A: The beer is hazy pale light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head and never completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of sourness along with notes of peaches.
M: It feels light-bodied, tart, and slightly creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The light-bodied nature of this beer makes it very easy to drink and quite refreshing.
