Bright and refreshing, Tart Blanche: Red Globe is brewed with 1,500 pounds of local peaches sourced from Clemson, SC then soured with a lactobacillus culture to a puckering 3.2 pH. Our take on the traditional Berliner Weisse is crisp, bursting with true peach flavor, subtle acidity, and a clean and refreshing finish.
