On tap at the source.
A - Pitch black pour with dense caramel lacing.
S - Some chocolate char with a raw Bourbon presence.
T - Chocolate char, Bourbon, some oak, and a lingering toasty char and Bourbon.
M - Medium body with a silky body, slight warming and a bit thin.
O - Strong straight up Bourbon presence, seems a little "green" right now and maybe needs a little more time to meld.

Pours black, coco head or more just a ring of bubbles no real head.
Aroma is roasted malts, dark fruits, bourbon barrel, vanilla, overall seems lighter then you would think for a big beer.
Taste follows the nose, bourbon barrel, light coffee, dark fruits, vanilla, anise hints. Again for a 14% brew it seems lighter then it should be. Flavor is good just need more body.
Mouthfeel is medium not near as full as you would think. Carbonation is medium.
Overall a big ass stout that doesn't have the feel of a big ass stout.
