Poured from 12 oz can into clear glass tulip.

A: Very dark brown with solid 2-finger big-bubbled beige head that dissipates quickly and leaves sparse lacing.

S: Soft fruity esters mingle with dark chocolate, espresso, and light roasted dark malt character

T: Nothing fancy but just solid beer with dark chocolate, coffee, and dark malt roast with some earthy hop character and noticeable but mild cherry-berry fruity esters. Low bitterness.

M: Creamy with medium body and moderate carbonation. Very smooth.

O: First product from Southern Sky but hope my good ATL-based friend area will keep these nice beers coming.

Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is a pitch black color with a medium sized tan head. The aroma is heavy malt with some coffee. The taste mirrors the nose.
