A decent lemon-influenced Kolsch. Not traditional; leaning to the tart rather than sweet side. One and done for me. I’d have preferred a traditional Kolsch.

Taste: Crisp cracker and lemony notes. Some bitter citrus, dry flavors. Nose is a hint of flower, citrus and wheat.
Gold and clear in appearance, with some lace to a medium sized head in taster glass. medium body, but also would be a thirst quencher on a hot day.
