Poured very pale and clear yellow with white bubbles, had me worried about being macro. But folks, this pilsener was great! Crisp cracker malt base, nice lemon, wheat, cereal-like finish with burst of lager yeast and citrus zest. Very light and refreshing, what you want in a pilsener! Smell is a little off kilter with the wheat, but otherwise same as taste. Would have again, especially when grilling out in the summer.

Taste: Crisp, cracker, bread notes, with a balance of hops and light malts. Bright gold, crystal clear, with white foam head and nice ring lattice of lace. Medium body. A flavorful pilsner with that dry finish. 39 IBUs
