Had on tap. Murky yellow body, eggshell white head. Smells strongly of sour citrus, mild gose yeast and a kick of salt. Taste is much the same but the sourness dominates, cutting the balance a bit. Feel reflects this with a sour and thinner body, still bright and has a decent crispness to the finish

Taste: refreshingly tart, juicy, fruit, tangy mouthfeel. Ferment fruit tart nose. Yellow/Gold hue, unfiltered, smaller head and delicate lace. Nice example which I could drink more than one. 29 IBUs
