Had this on tap at the brewery. The look was dark shade of black. The smell was chocolate, coffee, and bourbon. The taste was some sweetness up front followed by bourbon and coffee. The peppers finished it off with some heat at the end. It was a touch thin but overall it was good.

Had on tap. It took a lot of arm twisting to get me to try this one, thanks for friends helping you make pour decisions. Darker brown body with a light brown thin collar. Smell is definitely maple forward with smoke, roasted malt, and booze with slight peppers in the finish. Taste is actually much the same, the ghost peppers kick in at the end, but not as violently, with smoky maple, wood, malts and booze all stronger. Still a little thin in the body but plenty viscous. Would I have again? No. But I don't hate that I tried it, plus points for creativity
