Taste: intense, smokey, coffee,chocolate malt, bourbon boozy bite, dry finish. Wood oak barrel, dark fruit nose. Black hue, opaque, tan head with nice webbed lace. Full body. I thinks this batch might need to mellow a bit in a year or so. 65 IBUs
