And here comes the first review for this beer (frankly something that should be involved with beer karma but isn't). A1A, beachfront avenue!
Anyways, pours a mostly amber color with 1/2" white head. Looks pretty. Aroma is a lemon and fruit punch medley kind of vibe. Taste is a little bigger than I would prefer for something called a berliner, but this is one of those hybrid wild ales that is a bigger more sour berliner "style" ale I guess. Its enjoyable, but might miss the spot if you want a traditional berliner. A little bit sweeter than preferred in the mouth feel, again, you add fruit juice or whatnot, its not gonna be as dry as it could be.
On the one hand, its an enjoyable beer with no off flavors. On the other, its not a berliner, but a wild ale berliner hybrid that might disappoint if you want a super sessiony and dry beer.
