Can dated 10/14/20 into a imperial nonic pint.
L: Golden with super subtle haze, 2 fingers of low-density white head with good retention and left limited spotted lacing.
S: Passionfruit dominant, citrus, earthiness underneath.
T: Follows the nose well, more citrus prominence. Finishes with moderate bitterness and plenty of acidity, acidity lingers.
F: Low-medium bodied with moderate carbonation, slick on the tongue and swallow, subtle tingling from the acidity.
O: Very nice modern West Coast DIPA with plenty of bitterness and a dry finish. Will happily repeat.
