Really lush and slushy carbonation. Hops are listed at Styrian Cardinal, a Slovenian variety, and Southern Star, from South Africa. An excellent combination, I think. Hugely aromatic and flavorful with all kinds of fruit but less of the citrus of so many current IPAs. Blueberry aroma, tastes of pineapple and plum, more green melon, and apricot.
This is really good. Some yeasty notes and very modest bitterness. Another IPA in the restrained sort of style instead of all to common sensory overload. But maybe I'm missing the point. From the 16 oz can purchased at Johns in Portland. Dated 07/14/21 on the bottom.
