Caramel and brown sugar, dark fruits, and plums, and a rye-spicy, bourbon barrel boozy nose on this one! Taste follows exactly with a smooth, yet medium-bodied, sweet toffee and rye-spicy bourbon barrel finish. This could use a little more viscosity to it to accentuate and carry through the caramel/toffee notes throughout the swallow...this would have allowed it to flow a touch better and integrate/intermingle with the barrel more harmoniously. Outside of that, this is good!
