This beer is BANANAS!
Inspired by Banana Tiramisu, this barrel-aged imperial stout is comprised of a blend of two barrels. 33 months in a Willet bourbon barrel and 16 months in an Eagle Rare bourbon barrel before getting treated with dried wild Thai bananas, Vanuatu vanilla beans, Ghanaian cacao nibs, and our custom coffee blend from a Kingdom Coffee. (70% Papua New Guinea Natural, 30% Guatemalan washed).
