One of the best snacks in all of the land... a hot and sticky cinnamon roll. We wanted that experience in liquid form.
We started with a thicc base stout and treated it with Ceylon and Saigon cinnamon. One brings the character of red hot candies and the other is the warming, familiar, and comforting flavor we all know and love. Maple syrup and vanilla bring elements of the sugary glaze and a dose of toasted pecans help cut through the sweetness.
Imagine taking a fresh cinnamon roll and tossing it in a blender... it’s kinda what we did, without the blender...
