Imperial stout aged in Woodford Reserve barrels with cacao nibs, toasted coconut, 3 origins of vanilla beans, coffee, maple syrup, and Ceylon cinnamon.

We’ve learned a lot about Stouts in the last 4 years. Here is the execution of the accumulation of knowledge blended into one beer. The base of this beer is Year 3 aged in bourbon barrels for 12 months before making its way into the tanks. We decided to add a little bit of everything into this year’s blend, but not to have one component dominate the others. All of the characters compliment each other for a roller-coaster of flavor. Rich body, decadent dessert like aromas, and a lingering sweetness from the addition of coconut and vanilla.
