I am reviewing this under the new name of "snake oil IPA" which was foisted upon them by the LCBO.
Fresh can...less than two weeks old.
Look is good, clear gold with a nice two finger head that lasts a few minutes before breaking leaving a generous amount of lacing.
Smell is citrus and tropicals, but then a bit of a grassy element comes in.
Taste is similar to the nose, in that there are some nice citrus elements, followed by the grassy and bitter flavor. Then on the back end, it is a little fruity.
Feel is medium, with good carbonation. Finish is very bitter and dry.
This one tastes pretty darn good, and I like the dry finish, but the bitterness was a little too much for me. Give it a whirl, YMMV.

On tap at craft beer market ottawa. Very good, tastes a little like a less sweet nicklebrook headstock. Worth seeking out, one of the better ontario ipas I have had.

On draft poured a nice clear gold with minimal head. Very citrus based nose but light and refreshing. More of the same in it's flavour except followed by a dry bitterness. Very juicy, very drinkable and hides it's abv dangerously well.
I'd have it again but preferably at home in clean glassware.

A - Hazy light golden colour. Dense, two finger, fluffy white head. Mild carbonation, OK retention and a spattering of lace.
S - Light zippy hops. Passionfruit, pineapple, really juicy.
T - More light and zippy hops. Passionfruit again. Lovely juicy hops. Centennial, Simcoe, Citra probably all there.
M - Nice aggressive bitterness. Mild to medium carbonation, medium body.
O/D - An awesome IPA. One of the best in the province for sure. Deep, juicy, fruity, bitter, and so drinkable. Excellent work.
